Not gonna lie, I’m getting really excited about our archery equipment’s launch.
Skillful Hill Archery – STUFF!!!
Ok, so, by now, Mark has blabbed and blabbed about how awesome the new line of archery gear is. And the best part, he’s not lying. Our supplier, over seas, sent us a preview pic of what our Skillful Hill “Legacy” recurve bow’s limbs are going to look like with our logo on it. And, DAMN if it ain’t cool to see our dream becoming a reality.
The image to the left is the picture they sent us. Right now they are waiting on the risers to get painted/coated and once that is done, everything will be boxed up and sent in. As the title of this post suggests, Not gonna lie – it truly is AWESOME.
Not to mention that with each bow being sold, we’re giving away something else exceedingly cool! That’s right, each bow comes with a really cool challenge coin. On the first side, is the Skillful Hill Archery Logo by RTS, and on the other side, is the Goddess, Diana – holding a bow, speaking in Latin, “Parate Sagittis Arcu” – translating to, “Ready Thy Bow and Arrows”.
You what else is pretty cool, if we do say so ourselves? What good is a bow without arrows. That’s right… ARROWS! The first of our line in 30″ arrows has arrived. And, DAMN if these things ain’t cool, TOO! No, seriously, these things are way better than we’d ever hoped. We will be selling these individually, in a pack of 6, and a pack of 12. Have a look. I mean, these things are quality. And we’re not just saying that because our name is on them. We’re saying that because we “believe” it. Have a look for yourselves.
We have a lot of amazing things in store for the near future. Like, not only will we be selling bows, and arrows with our name on it, but we’re going to be selling other accessories! Yes, other accessories.
We got word from one of our distributors that our “accessories” will have our custom packaging – which, again, not gonna lie, is an exciting concept in of itself. Just think. Safety first. Yep. You guessed it. Forearm Guards. Genuine leather arm guards to protect you from those nasty string mishaps that occasionally happen, if you’re not paying attention – as Mark often does…. or doesn’t. Either way, he tends to snap his arm with the string when he’s not paying attention, leaving a nice red mark and welt where it happened. Well, now it doesn’t matter. (just kidding – safety always matters) we’re bringing our own arm guards into the mix for your safety and comfort.
Like we said. We have a lot of cool stuff in store for you. In another week or two (ish), we will have your pre-ordered “Legacy” Recurve Bows – ready for shipment and/or pickup – depending on what you chose when you ordered. A few weeks after that, we will have our forearm guards ready for sale. And the cool part about all that, is you don’t have to JUST come to us to order, or buy your “Legacy” recurve bows, your arrows, or even your arm guards. Nope. You will more than likely be able to get yours at Erie Coast Arms, soon – as well; not to mention the other locations that said they wanted to sell these bad boys. We will keep you posted on those locations as they come. But, rest assured, you will be able to get yours – no matter where we offer it.
